To start saving energy throughout your facilities, all you have to do is contact us, and we will take care of the rest. Greenlight and its distributors follow 8 steps to achieving greater energy efficiency for your facility:

• 1. Initial Contact

• 2. Energy Survey
  We will ask you to complete a very general Energy Survey to get a better understanding of your facilities and cooling/heating systems. Once this information has been received, we will schedule an Energy Audit.

• 3. Energy Audit
  A Greenlight Representative will meet with your designated representative, preferably an employee with in depth knowledge of your operations and equipment. We will need to collect detailed information on your compressors and energy consumption. There is no fee for an Energy Audit, which generally takes about 2 hours to complete.
• 4. Energy Savings Proposal
  The information collected from the Energy Audit is then used to prepare an in depth Energy Savings Proposal.
• 5. Proposal Presentation
  We will provide you with an Energy Savings Proposal that summarizes the information we have gathered from you and defines the scope of a potential Greenlight installation at your facility. The proposal includes:
  
  - Project price
  - Estimated energy savings from each system fitted
  - Estimated financial savings and pay back period (typically under 2 years)
  - Overview of potential monitoring and verification process
• 6. Proposal Acceptance
  In order to move forward, you must sign the Energy Savings Proposal and be prepared to pay 50% of the purchase price. (if necessary a purchase order can be issued). Following the receipt of this payment, we will schedule the installation and provide you with a project time line.
